Welcome to BowlBaba. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by our cloud kitchen in Santacruz East, Mumbai.

1. Services

BowlBaba provides premium healthy food bowls for delivery and takeaway. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and kitchen operating hours.
• Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable GST.
• Payments must be completed through our authorized payment gateways before delivery.

3. Delivery & Cancellations

• Delivery times are estimated based on local traffic and weather in Mumbai.
• Cancellations are only permitted before the kitchen has started preparing your order.
• Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Food Safety

We maintain strict hygiene standards. Please notify us of any severe allergies via the "Special Instructions" box, though we cannot 100% guarantee a nut-free environment.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
